Since by default Dragon NaturallySpeaking 12.0 requires a delay of half a second between the running text and the commands that you speak, if you are dictating something to the program and speaking the commands in the flow along with the dictation, Dragon NaturallySpeaking 12.0 would accept it as a dedicated phrase and will type it. A quick solution to this problem is that you can make sure that you are not speaking up the commands into the microphone continuously while dictating the texts.
